We are Turnback Properties...
This is a joint family venture and we are loving every bit of owning vacation rentals and we are hoping to expand soon! This all started in 2018 when we purchased our first nightly rental just west of Springfield, MO. After a complete remodel, we are very pleased with the results and know you will be too! Fast forward to 2024 where we expanded to the Branson area to serve the vacation crowd as they visit this amazing area. We fell in love with the quiet atmosphere of Ledgestone Golf Club at Stonebridge.

We are the Selvey family from right here in the Ozarks. We come from a very extensive Law Enforcement background and love serving the community in countless ways. We stay super busy with church activities, ice hockey tournaments, deer hunting, vacationing, and so much more. We live locally and absolutely love this piece of paradise. Our goal is to make the world a better place, while making your visit a dream come true.
